정보·컴퓨터 부·복수전공 자격연수 참여 교사의 교육요구도 분석

Analysis of Educational Needs of Teachers Participating in Informatics & Computer Double & Minor Maj or Teacher Certification Training

연구목적 미래 사회 변화에 대응하여 현직 교원 대상 정보·컴퓨터 부, 복수전공 자격연수를 시행하는정책이 시행, 확대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 해당 자격연수를 이수한 교원을 대상으로 이수 과목별 요구에기반을 둔 연수 프로그램의 개선점을 탐색하고자 한다. 연구방법 Borich의 요구도 분석 모델과 Locus for Focus 모델, 그리고 교육 필요도를 사용하여 정보·컴퓨터 부, 복수전공 연수 과정에 대한 현직 교원의 교육요구도를 조사하였다. 또한 초점 집단면담(Focus Group Interview, FGI)을 병행하였다. 연구결과 참여자 대다수가 자발적인 동기로 연수 프로그램에 참여하였으며, 6개월의 연수 기간의 부적절성이 높게 드러났다. 과목별 교육요구도의 경우 “인공지능”과 “피지컬 컴퓨팅“ 교과에 대한 교육요구도가높았다. 결론 교육요구도를 종합적으로 분석한 결과 “인공지능”의 요구도가 높은 점을 고려하여 현직 교원의정보·컴퓨터 부, 복수전공 과정과 AI 융합 교육대학원과의 연계 방안을 제안한다. 또한 교육요구도가낮은 과목과 관련하여 교육과정의 개편 및 인식의 변화를 도모할 필요가 있다.

Purpose: In response to future social changes, policies to implement information and computer teachers are being implemented and expanded. This study aimed to explore the improvements of training programs based on the needs of teachers who have completed the relevant qualification training. Methods: The needs were investigated using Borich's need analysis model, Locus for Focus model, and educational needs. In addition, for in-depth understanding of this, teachers' opinions were collected and analyzed by applying FGI. Results: Most of the participants participated in the training program with voluntary motives, and the inappropriateness of the 6-month training period was high. The demand for “artificial intelligence” and “physical computing” subjects was high. Conclusion: Considering the high demand for “artificial intelligence” as a result of a comprehensive analysis of educational needs, the graduate school of AI convergence education is proposed.
