호안다구박물관 관람객 만족도 연구

A Study on Visitors’ Satisfaction on the Hoan Museum of Tea Ware

본 연구는 호안다구박물관의 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 만족도를 분석하였다. 기존 문헌자료를 기반으로 관람빈도, 관람시간, 동반인, 이용 시간대, 정보 취득원, 방문목적 등의 이용 실태와 관련된 설문내용과 전시내용, 관람비용, 전시시설, 부대시설, 서비스, 전반적 만족 등의 만족도와 관련된 설문내용으로 구분하여 조사·연구를 진행하였다. 설문지는 호안다구박물관 관람객에게 2024년 4월 19일부터 5월 12일까지 총 180부를 배포하였다. 설문조사를 위하여 배포한 180부 중 불성실하게 응답한 자료를 제외한 156부를 통계프로그램인 SPSS for Win. 29.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 호안다구박물관은 여성이 많았고, 연령은 60대가 많았으며, 학력은 중학교 재학 또는 졸업이, 직업은 학생이, 월평균 소득은 200-300만원 이상이 가장 많았다. 이용실태를 보면 관람빈도는 연 2-3회, 관람 시 소요시간은 1-2시간, 관람 동반인은 가족이 가장 많았다. 이용 시간대는 평일 오후, 정보 취득원은 인터넷이 가장 많았으며, 방문 목적은 ‘전시품 등에 대한 관심이나 흥미’가 가장 많았다. 박물관 이용 만족도 중 서비스 만족의 평균이 4.11점으로 가장 높았다. 결국 호안다구박물관 이용 만족도에 대한 IPA 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 개선이 시급한 중점개선 영역은 ‘전시내용’, 유지 강화 영역은 ‘서비스’, 지속유지 영역은 ‘부대시설과 전시시설’, 점진개선 영역은 ‘관람비용’으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 호안다구박물관의 발전을 위해 필요한 부문으로, 전시내용의 다각화, 서비스 강화, 부대시설 및 전시시설의 개선 등을 도출하였다.

This study analyzed the satisfaction of visitors to the Hoan Museum of Tea Ware based on the survey. The research was conducted on the survey related to the current status of using such as the frequency of visit, observation time, companion, visit time, source of information and the purpose of visit as well as on the satisfaction including the exhibition contents, admission fee, exhibition facilities, subsidiary facilities, service and overall satisfaction based on the existing research. The survey was conducted targeted at the visitors to the Hoan Museum of Tea Ware from April 19th to May 12th in 2024, distributing total 180 sheets of questionnaire. Total 156 sheets except the unreliable response were analyzed using statistical program SPSS for Win. 29.0. According to the study, the result for the development of museum of tea ware was deduced as follows: diversifying exhibition contents, strengthening service and improving exhibition facilities.
