간호대학생의 성인애착, 정서인식명확성, 심리적 안녕감이 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향요인

Influencing of Nursing Student's Adult attachment, Emotional clarity, Psychological well-being upon Resilience

목적 본 연구는 성인애착, 정서인식명확성, 심리적 안녕감, 회복탄력성 정도를 알아보고 간호대학생의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 이를 위하여 G 시에 소재한 간호학과 2곳의 간호대학생 168명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 편의표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 독립표본 t-검정, 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였고, Scheffé's test로 사후분석하였다. 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson's 상관분석을 통하여 관련성을 파악하였고, 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학력(β=-.171, p<.001), 성인애착(β=-.308, p<.001), 정서적 명확성(β=156, p=.002), 심리적 안녕감(β=.482, <.001)으로 이 모형의 전체 설명력은 79.9%로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 성인애착, 정서적명확성, 심리적 안녕감을 향상을 위한 다양한 전략 개발이 필요하다.

Objectives This study investigated nursing resilience, adult attachment, emotional clarity, and psychological well-being, and identified factors influencing resilience of nursing students. Methods A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 163 student nurses from 2 universities in G city. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, end multiple regression using the SPSS Win. 25.0 program. Results Factors affecting resilience were grade(β=-.171, p<.001), adult attachment(β=-.308, p<.001), emotional clarity(β=156, p=.002), psychological well-being(β=.482, p<.001). The total explanatory power of this model was 79.9%. Conclusions To increase the resilience of nursing students, it is necessary to develop strategies to improve adult attachment, emotional clarity, and psychological well-being.
