요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

The Impact Caregiver’ Job Stress on the Safety Management Activities in Elderly Care Facilities: Mediating Effect of TMX(Team-Member Exchange)

본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 요양보호사들의 안전관리활동을 강화하기 위한 목적으로 요양보호사들의직무스트레스와 TMX(팀-동료 간 교환관계)가 안전관리활동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 전국의 노인요양시설 요양보호사들을 대상으로 103개 기관에 총 515부 설문지를 우편으로발송하였고, 회수된 설문은 56개 기관 총 272개였다. 설문조사 기간은 2022년 9월부터 12월말까지이며, SPSS 25.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 다중회귀 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 요양보호사의 직무스트레스는 안전관리활동과 TMX에 부적인 영향을 보였고, 직무스트레스는 안전관리활동에 부적인영향이 나타났고, TMX는 직무스트레스를 매개하여 안전관리활동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 안전관리활동을 강화하고 직무스트레스 완화를 위한 팀-동료관계 강화방법 등 실천적 제언을 하였다.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of job stress and TMX on safety management activities among caregivers. This study targeted caregivers in elderly care facilities. sending out a total of 515 questionnaires via postal mail to 103 facilities. The returned questionnaires totaled 272 from 56 institutions. The survey period lasted from September to the end of December 2022, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression methods with SPSS 25.0 software. The analysis revealed that job stress among caregivers had a negative impact on safety management activities and TMX. Furthermore, it was confirmed that TMX positively influenced safety management activities by mediating job stress. Based on these findings, practical recommendations were provided to enhance safety management activities and alleviate job stress.
