고용복지플러스센터는 복지·고용서비스를 원스톱으로 해결하여 이용자들의 편익을 높이기 위한 다부처협업기관이다. 본 연구는 고용복지플러스센터의 운영 방안을 개선하여 보다 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 고용복지플러스센터와 관련된 언론보도를 분석하여 운영 방안의 주요 이슈를 탐색하여 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 목표로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 최근 9년간 총 54개 언론사를 대상으로 하여 고용복지플러스센터에 관련된 보도를 수집하였고, 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 중심성 분석,워드 클라우드 분석, 주요단어 공동출현 빈도분석, 언어관계망 분석 등을 시행하였다. 분석결과 주요 언론에서는 매월 평균 1건 이상의 고용복지플러스센터의 사업을 보도한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 주로 고용정책, 취업 등에 대한 사업만이 주로 보도되고 있으며, 그 외의 사업들의 경우 크게 소개가 되지 않고 있었다. 고용 정책 외 다른 사업은 상대적으로 소홀히 다루어졌다는 내용을 볼 때 향후 고용복지플러스센터가 제공하고 있는 다양한 복지서비스들에 대한 적극적 소개가 더 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.
The Employment Welfare Plus Center is a multi-agency collaborative organization aimed at enhancing the welfare and employment services for users by providing one-stop solutions. This study was conducted to improve the operation of the Employment Welfare Plus Center and to provide better services by analyzing media coverage related to the center and deriving improvement measures. To achieve this goal, a total of 54 media outlets over the past nine years were targeted to collect coverage related to the Employment Welfare Plus Center. Based on the collected data, various analyses such as centrality analysis, word cloud analysis, frequency analysis of key co-occurring words, and semantic network analysis were conducted. The results showed that major media outlets reported on Employment Welfare Plus Center activities an average of more than once a month. However, it was found that mainly projects related to employment policies and job placements were covered, while other projects were not extensively featured. Considering the relatively scant coverage of projects other than employment policies, it can be concluded that more active promotion of the various welfare services provided by the Employment Welfare Plus Center is necessary in the future
