Research on the Challenges of University Education and the Developing Model for Fostering Global Human Resources in the New Era

본 연구는 포스트코로나 이후 급속하게 변화하고 있는 글로벌 환경하에서 국가와 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 미래의 인재는 어떠한 자질이 요구되는가라는 주제 하에 인적자원관리분야에서 대학교육의문제점을 살펴보고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 찾아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 채택된 연구방법은 기존의 문헌연구와 이러한 과제를 성공적으로 수행하고 있는 몇 개의 대학을 사례로 하여 그 공통점을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 연구를 통해 미래의 우수한 인적자원을 양성하기 위한 대학의 교육과정과 방식을 제시해 보았고 특히 이와 관련된 교육수요자와 공급자 간의 교류모델을 수립해 보았다. 또한 글로벌 인재를 양성하기 위한 핵심 요소들이 무엇이 있는지를 찾아보았다. 마지막으로 이 논문에서는 글로벌 인재를 양성하기 위한 국가-산업-대학의 역할에 대해서 제시해보았다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of university education in the field of human resource management under the theme of what qualities are required for future talents to secure the competitiveness of countries and companies in the rapidly changing global environment after the post-pandemic and to find ways to solve them. The research methods adopted in this study were used as case study of several universities that have successfully carried out these tasks with the existing literature research to explore the similarities between them. Through this study, we have proposed the curriculum and methods of universities to nurture excellent human resources in the future, and in particular, we have established an exchange model between education consumers and suppliers related to this. In addition, we looked for what are the key elements to nurture global talents. Finally, this research presents the role of state, industry, and universities for fostering global talents in the new era.
