경찰기동대원의 회복탄력성, 팀워크, 의사소통이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Resilience, Teamwork, and Communication on Organizational Commitment in Police Officers

2023년 5월에 의무경찰제도에 대한 폐지로 인하여, 경찰기동대가 창설되었다. 경찰기동대는 대규모 집회 및 시위 등 과 같이치안력이 요구되는 현장에 투입되어 질서유지와 범죄예방 및 진압 임무에 대한 업무를 중점적으로 수행한다. 경찰기동대의 정원은 기존 의무경찰 정원의 30% 수준으로 인력 부족 현상을 겪고 있다. 따라서 한정된 예산과 인력을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해조직효과성 변수인 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 선행연구를 통하여 탐색하였다. 이에 회복탄력성, 팀워크, 의사소통 등의변수가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 조직몰입과 회복탄력성, 팀워크, 의사소통은 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 회복탄력성만이 조직몰입과 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤고, 팀워크와 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 근거로, 경찰 조직은 한정된 예산과 인력의 효율적 운영을 위해 심리적 요인인 경찰공무원의 회복탄력성 증대를 위한 지원 및 관리 등의 정책적 근거를 제시하였다.

Due to the abolition of the mandatory police system in May 2023, a police riot squad was created. The police riot squad is deployed to sites where security forces are required, such as large-scale gatherings and demonstrations, and focuses on maintaining order and crime prevention and suppression. The capacity of the police riot squad is only 30% of the existing conscripted police capacity, and is experiencing a manpower shortage. Therefore, in order to efficiently utilize limited budget and manpower, factors affecting organizational commitment, an organizational effectiveness variable, were explored through prior research. Accordingly, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to determine the impact of variables such as resilience, teamwork, and communication on organizational commitment. As a result of the analysis, organizational commitment, resilience, teamwork, and communication were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) correlation. However, the results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that only resilience had a statistically significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and teamwork and communication did not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the results of this analysis, the police organization presented policy grounds such as support and management to increase the resilience of police officers, which is a psychological factor, in order to efficiently operate limited budget and manpower.
