建筑业作为国民经济的重要组成部分，施工安全管理是确保工程质量和施工人员安全的关键，本文从施工安全管理的定义与重要性出发，探讨了其基本原则和当前现状，尽管施工安全管理在建筑业中占据着举足轻重的地位，但在实际操作中仍存在诸多缺陷，如安全意识的薄弱、安全管理制度的不健全、安全培训的不足以及安全检查与监督的不力。针对问题，本文提出了相应的解决措施，包括增强安全意识、完善安全管理制度、加强安全培训和强化安全检查与监督。

As a vital sector of the national economy, construction safety management is key to ensuring both the quality of projects and the safety of construction personnel. This paper begins by discussing the definition and importance of construction safety management, as well as its basic principles and current status. Despite its critical role in the construction industry, numerous deficiencies persist in practical operations, including weak safety awareness, inadequate safety management systems, insufficient safety training, and ineffective safety inspections and supervision. To address these issues, the paper proposes several solutions, such as enhancing safety awareness, improving safety management systems, strengthening safety training, and reinforcing safety inspections and supervision.
