저학년 간호대학생의 그릿과 문제해결능력 및 창의융합역량에 관한 연구

A Study on the Grit, Problem Solving Ability, and Creative Convergence Competency of Under-Class Nursing Students

본 연구는 저학년 간호대학생의 그릿과 문제해결능력 및 창의융합역량 정도를 파악하고, 이들의 상관관계 및 저학년 간호대학생의 창의융합역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 G군에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 그릿과 문제해결능력은 창의융합역량과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향 요인은 그릿, 문제해결역량이었으며(F=51.91, p<.001), 변수의 설명력은 46.9%이었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 저학년 간호대학생의 창의융합역량을 향상하기 위해 간호대학생의 그릿과 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of grit, problem-solving ability, and creative convergence competency of under-class nursing students, their correlation, and factors affecting the creative convergence competency of lower-grade nursing students. The subjects of the study were nursing students attending a nursing college located in County G. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, and data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. As a result, grit and problem-solving ability had a statistically significant positive correlation with creative convergence competency. The influencing factors on creative convergence competency were grit and problem-solving ability(F=51.91, p<.001), and the explanatory power of the variables was 46.9%. Based on the results of this study, research is needed to develop and verify the effectiveness of programs that can improve the grit and problem-solving ability of under-class nursing students in order to improve their creative convergence competency.
