심리운동 활동이 청소년 발달장애인 방과후활동서비스 제공인력의 인식도와 적용도에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Prior Experience with Psychomotorik Activities on the Awareness and Application of After-school Activity Service Providers for Youth with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 청소년 발달장애인 방과후활동서비스 제공인력을 대상으로 심리운동 활동을 통해 인식도와 적용도를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 청소년 발달장애인 방과후활동서비스 제공인력 3명을 대상으로 심리운동 활동 전·후로 인식도와 적용도 설문지를 작성하였다. 심리운동 활동은 기본 이론과 구체적인 실습으로 이루어졌고, 총 8회기 진행했다. 인식도와 적용도 설문지의 사전·사후 결과를 비교 분석한 연구 결과 인식도는 사전 평균 3.2점, 사후 평균 5.6점으로 2.4점 향상되었고, 적용도는 사전 3.4점, 사후 6.4점으로 3점 향상되었다. 특히, 인식도 문항 중 ‘자아개념 형성’, 적용도 문항 중 ‘이용자의 욕구 반영’이 가장 높은 점수 향상을 보였다. 이와 같이 심리운동 활동을 경험해 보는 것이 청소년 발달장애인 방과후활동서비스 제공인력에게 인식 및 적용 가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다는 결과를 바탕으로 세분화된 연구가 진행되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to allow after-school activity service providers for youth with developmental disabilities to experience psychomotorik activities in advance, and then investigate the impact on their awareness and application of psychomotorik activities. For this study, a survey was conducted on the three after-school activity teachers for youth with developmental disabilities, whether to see if there was any changes in their awareness and application after psychomotorik experience. The psychomotorik activity consisted of basic theory classes and specific practice, and was conducted a total of 8 times. As a result of comparing and analyzing the pre- and post-results of the awareness and application survey, awareness improved by 2.4 points with an average pre-score of 3.2 points and an average post-score of 5.6 points, and the application level also improved by 3 points with a pre-score of 3.4 points and a post-score of 6.4 points. In particular, awareness of ‘self-concept formation’ and application of ‘reflection of user needs’ showed the highest score improvement. Through this study, it was confirmed that prior experience in psychomotorik activities can have a positive effect on the awareness and application of psychomotorik activities of after-school activity service providers for youth with developmental disabilities. Therefore, based on these results, it is expected that more detailed research will be conducted in the future.
