The Effects of Urban Image of Marine Leisure Experience Tourist Destinations on Urban Regeneration Performance and Post Visit Behavior

This study is to empirically investigate the structural relationship between urban regeneration performance and post-visit behavior in the urban image of marine leisure experience tourist destinations. The results of the survey on tourists visiting marine leisure experience tourist attractions are as follows. First, it was found that urban regeneration performance had a positive effect on both cognitive and emotional images, which are sub-factors of the urban image of marine leisure experience tourism sites. Second, both cognitive and emotional images, which are sub-factors of the urban image of marine leisure experience tourist destinations, were found to have a positive effect on post-visit behavior. Third, it was found that both socio-cultural and public relations effects, which are sub-factors of urban regeneration performance of marine leisure experience tourism sites, had a positive effect on post-visit behavior.
