A Study on the Influence of Macanese on Macau Design in the 1980s

Portuguese culture has greatly influenced its development throughout the history of Macau design. This article starts with the era of Macau’s modern design development in the 1980s. This historical period was a period of rapid development in Macau and an essential stage in the development of Macau design. This article studies the Macanese community’s origin, definition, culture, and art. It explores the role of the culture of the Macanese community in the history of Macau’s artistic development.
