In current education evaluation, it is insufficient to address issues solely from institutional and technical perspectives. Especially in the context of developing new productive forces, it is crucial to clarify the relationship among new productive forces, educational evaluation reform, and educational evaluation culture from the perspective of cultural construction. This involves reflecting on negative cultural phenomena in educational evaluation, such as the overemphasis on administrative culture, the erosion by market culture, and the harmful aspects of traditional culture. Strengthening the construction of educational evaluation culture from aspects such as value orientation, evaluation concepts, evaluation systems, and digital technology is essential to creating a harmonious and inclusive evaluation atmosphere. This provides a favorable soft environment for education evaluation reform in the new era and is of great significance for the education sector to meet the challenges of new productive forces.
当前教育评价中存在的问题,仅仅从制度、技术层面去理解和着力解决是不够的。尤其是在发展新质生产力的背景下,从文化建设出发,厘清新质生产力、教育评价改革与教育评价文化三者的关系,反思教育评价中出现的行政文化泛化、市场文化侵蚀及传统文化中糟粕因素侵蚀映射等不良文化现象,从价值导向、评价理念、评价制度以及数字技术等方面加强教育评价文化建设,营造和谐包容的评价氛围,为新时代教育评价改革提供良好的软环境,推动教育领域应对新质生产力挑战具有重要意义。
