知识转移理论视角下的“钱学森之问”破解策略分析

Study on the Correlation between Examination-oriented Education and Paradigm Paradox from the Perspective of Knowledge Transfer: A Possible Solution to the “Qian Xuesen’s Question”

From the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper explores the relationship between exam-oriented education and paradigm paradox, aiming to provide a possible solution to a major dilemma in China’s education field, namely the “Qian Xuesen’s Question.” Qian Xuesen’s Question refers to the inquiry raised by Qian Xuesen in his later years about China’s education: “Why can’t our schools always cultivate outstanding talents?” This paper attempts to analyze the connection between exam-oriented education and paradigm paradox from the perspective of knowledge transfer, and proposes a possible approach to solving the “Qian Xuesen’s Question” by reforming the education system, facilitating knowledge transfer, thereby resolving the paradigm paradox and enhancing the quality of China’s higher education.

“钱学森之问”是中国高等教育领域一直关注的经典问题,即为何中国培养不出大量的杰出创新人才。本研究从知识转移理论的视角出发,试图破解这一问题。首先,本文梳理了知识转移理论的相关文献,包括知识转移的内涵、类型、特点及影响因素等。然后,本文分析了“钱学森之问”与知识转移的关系,探讨了“钱学森之问”的核心问题以及其与知识转移的关系,并分析了知识转移在破解“钱学森之问”中的作用。最后,本文运用知识转移理论,提出了钱学森之问的破解策略,包括构建知识转移体制、提升知识转移效率、加强知识转移主体能力建设、优化知识转移环境等。本研究对于理解“钱学森之问”的深层次原因,以及提出相应的破解策略具有重要的理论和实践意义。
