基于“国家一流本科课程”建设的国际化人才培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of International Talents Based on the Construction of a “National First-class Undergraduate Course”

Starting from the challenges and problems currently faced by college English teaching， and based on the construction practice of the “National First-Class Undergraduate Course” Introducing China in English， this paper explores the support of college English courses and teaching for the cultivation of international talents. In the new era， college English teaching should be accurately positioned， with clear objectives， combined with school positioning and professional characteristics， and serve the task of cultivating international talents for higher education institutions. College English courses should incorporate frontier contents such as ideological and political elements and international competence into teaching， develop advanced， innovative， and challenging learning materials， promote textbook reform and the construction of online resources， innovate teaching modes， and create opportunities and environments for international exchanges for students， allowing them to develop international communication skills through such exchanges.

本文从目前大学英语教学所面临的挑战和问题出发，基于“国家一流本科课程”英语畅谈中国的建设实践，探讨了大学英语课程和教学对国际化人才培养的支撑。新时期的大学英语教学，应准确定位、明确目标，与学校定位和专业特色结合，服务于高等学校培养国际化人才的任务。大学英语课程应在教学中融入思政元素和国际素养等前沿性内容，开发具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度的学习材料，推动教材改革和线上资源构建；创新教学模式；为学生创造国际交流的机会和环境，让学生在国际交流中培养国际交流能力。
