河南省校局合作育人模式在公安人才培养中的创新与实证分析

Through years of exploration and practice, Henan Police College has developed a unique school-bureau cooperative education model to address the complex demands of modern policing. This model integrates theory and practice by adopting the “work-study alternation” educational philosophy and ABAB and ABA teaching modes. It closely collaborates with provincial, municipal, and county-level public security agencies, creating a comprehensive “school-bureau cooperation, department-bureau docking, unit-team integration” promotion system. With policy support, the college incorporated “school-bureau cooperation” into the performance evaluation of public security agencies, significantly enhancing the quality of internships and practical training. Measures such as introducing practical instructors, developing premium case studies, and consistently sending students to grassroots units have seamlessly integrated teaching with practical application, cultivating numerous high-quality, application-oriented police talents. Despite these significant achievements, further research on the theory of school-bureau cooperation, deepening cultural education, improving “same-city integration” construction, and advancing refined management are necessary to continuously improve the quality of talent training and provide robust support for practical policing.
河南警察学院通过多年的探索和实践,形成了独特的校局合作育人模式,以应对现代警务的复杂要求。这一模式融合理论与实践,采用“工学交替”教育理念及ABAB 和ABA 教学模式,与省市县三级公安机关紧密合作,构建了“校局合作、系局对接、室队一体”的立体化推进体系。学院在政策支持下,将“校局合作”纳入公安机关绩效考核,显著提升了实习实践的质量,引进实战教官、开发精品案例和坚持送警到基层等措施,实现了教学与实战的无缝衔接,培养了大量高素质应用型警务人才。尽管取得了显著成效,未来仍需进一步研究校局合作理论,深化文化育人,完善“同城一体化”建设,推进精细化管理,持续提升人才培养质量,为公安实战提供有力支持。
