高校国际中文教师胜任力模型构建

Construction of Competency Model for International Chinese Teachers in Xinjiang Universities

The Belt and Road Initiative has promoted a new “Chinese language boom”. International Chinese teachers are the backbone of Chinese language teaching and play a role as a bridge in people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries. This study selected a total of 147 international Chinese teachers from Xinjiang universities and their cooperative Confucius Institutes as samples, used behavioral event interview methods and other research methods to form a preliminary framework, and tested through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and constructed a competency model containing three dimensions and 19 competency characteristics, which ultimately provides a certain reference for the education and training of international Chinese teachers in Xinjiang.

“一带一路”合作推动了新的“汉语热潮”。国际中文教师是汉语教学的中坚力量,在中外人文交流中担起桥梁作用。本研究选取新疆高校及其合作的孔子学院共147 名国际中文教师为样本,运用行为事件访谈法等研究方法初步形成架构,并通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析进行检验,构建包含3 个维度和19 个胜任力特征的胜任力模型,最终为新疆国际中文教师的教育和培养培训提供一定的参考意义。
