高校“微思政”育人模式创新路径探析

An Analysis of the Innovative Path of the “Micro ideological and Political Education” Model in Universities

As an extension and expansion of traditional ideological and political education, “micro ideological and political education” is a new mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which is rising with the development of the Internet and social media. Compared to the traditional ideological and political education model, “micro ideological and political education” in universities can leverage its advantages such as socialization, personalization, and real-time performance to achieve a subtle and subtle educational effect, making up for the shortcomings of traditional ideological and political courses such as dull and boring content, single teaching forms, and difficult resource sharing. In combination with the images, texts, audio and video released by the current WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok, B station and other platforms in colleges and universities, the “micro ideological and political” education in colleges and universities has achieved certain results, but whether it is the quality of platform content, the quality of staff, or the way of discourse expression, school-based resource mining, there is still room for further optimization and innovation. The innovation of the “micro ideological and political” education model requires coordinated promotion from multiple aspects such as the content, team, discourse, and resources of “micro ideological and political”.

“微思政”作为传统思想政治教育的延伸与拓展,是高校思政育人的新模式,紧随着互联网和社交媒体的发展而兴起。相较于传统的思政育人模式,高校“微思政”能够发挥社交化、个性化、实时性等优势,以达到微言大义、潜移默化的育人效果,弥补了传统思政课内容枯燥乏味、教学形式单一、资源共享困难等弊端。结合目前高校微信、微博、抖音、B 站等平台发布的图文、音视频来看,高校“微思政”育人取得了一定成效,但无论是平台内容质量、人员队伍素质,还是话语表达方式、校本资源挖掘,都有待进一步优化创新。实现“微思政”育人模式的创新,需要从“微思政”内容、“微思政”队伍,“微思政”话语、“微思政”资源等多方面协同推进。
