Research on the Path to Enhancing the Ability of College Counselors in Online Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

Effectively improving the ability of college counselors to work on network ideology is a strategic requirement for building a network security defense line in colleges and universities, an important means to promote the adult growth of college students, and an inevitable requirement for consolidating the dominance of mainstream ideology. By strengthening theoretical arming, cultivating network culture, improving systems and mechanisms, and focusing on discourse optimization, colleges and universities strive to improve counselors’ ability to educate on mainstream ideology, build ethics in cyberspace, research and judge online public opinion, and work on online heart-to-heart conversations, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of online education, and continuously promote new achievements in online ideological work.

切实提升高校辅导员网络思想政治教育能力，是构筑高校网络安全防线的战略所需、促进大学生成人成才的重要手段、巩固主流意识形态主导权的必然要求。高校通过加强理论武装、培育网络文化、完善体制机制、围绕话语优化，着力提升辅导员的主流意识形态教育能力、网络空间道德建设能力、网络舆情研判处置能力和网络谈心谈话工作能力，增强网络育人工作的针对性和实效性，不断推动高校网络思想政治教育工作取得新成效。
