基于双主体育人的市域产教联合体建设研究—以西安国际陆港物流市域产教联合体为例

Research on the Construction of City-area Industry-education Consortium Based on Dual Subject Education: Taking Municipal Industry-education Consortium of Xi’an International Land Port Logistics as an Example

The construction of city-area industry-education consortium is one of the important measures of the “one body, two wings and five key points” in the construction of Chna’s modern vocational education system. Taking the municipal industry-education consortium of Xi’an International Land Port Logistics as an example, this paper expounds its innovative construction concept and construction strategy, and provides a practical path for reference for the construction of similar city-area industry-education consortiums. Give full play to the role of all parties in government, enterprises, schools and research, gather advantageous resources, strengthen the dual-main training of schools and enterprises, promote the structural reform of the supply side of vocational education, improve the quality of talent training, and provide talent support for the high-quality development of the western regional economy.

建设市域产教联合体是中国现代职业教育体系建设“一体两翼五重点”的重要举措之一。本文以西安国际陆港物流市域产教联合体为例，阐述了其创新建设理念和建设策略，并为同类市域产教联合体的建设提供了可资借鉴的实践路径。充分发挥政企校研的各方作用，集聚优势资源，强化校企双主体育人，推动职业教育供给侧结构性改革，提高人才培养质量，为西部区域经济高质量发展提供人才支撑。
