课程劳育”融入金属学与热处理专业课实验教学的探索与实践

The overall goal of labor education is to comprehensively improve students’ labor literacy, so that students can establish correct labor concepts, have the necessary labor ability, cultivate positive working spirit, develop good working habits, and finally achieve curriculum labor education silently. This paper carried out reforms from the aspects of training teachers, perfecting teaching contents, optimizing teaching mode and improving evaluation system, so as to guide students to establish correct labor values, cultivate students’ working habits and master basic operational skills, improve labor quality and vocational skills and cultivate students’ dedication to work attitude and craftsmanship.

劳动教育的总体目标是全面提高学生的劳动素养,使学生树立正确的劳动观念,具有必备的劳动能力,培育积极的劳动精神,养成良好的劳动习惯,做到“课程劳育”的润物无声。本文提出从教育师资的培养、教学内容的完善、教学模式的优化、评价体系的改进等方面进行改革,引导学生树立正确的劳动价值观,培养学生的劳动习惯和掌握基本操作技能,提高学生的劳动质量和职业技能水平,培养学生爱岗敬业的劳动态度和工匠精神。
