이야기치료 프로그램이 조손가정 조모의 자아통합감과 양육효능감에 미치는 효과

The Effect of a Narrative Therapy Group Program on the Ego-Integrity and Parenting Efficacy of Custodial Grandmother

목적 본 연구에서는 구조화된 이야기치료 프로그램이 조손가정 조모의 자아통합감과 양육효능감에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 방법 U지역 조손가정 조모를 대상으로 10회기의 이야기치료프로그램을 실시하고 자아통합감과 양육효능감에 대한 수준검사를 실험집단과 통제집단에 사전, 사후 살시하여 그 결과를 비교하는 유사실험설계의 비동일 통제집단 전후 실험설계방법을 사용하였다. 결과 조손가정조모의 자아통합감은 사전검사(��=2.98)에 비해 사후검사(��=3.89)에서 향상된 것으로 나타나 통계적(��=-9.345, ��<.001)으로 유의한 수준에서 향상을 보였다. 양육효능감 또한 사전검사(��=2.48)에 비해 사후검사(��=3.08)에서 향상된 것으로 나타나 통계적(��=-7.434, ��<.001)으로 유의한 수준에서 효과를 보였다. 결론 이야기치료 집단프로그램은 조손가정조모들의 자아통합감과 양육효능감을 증진하는데 효과가 있었다. 이는 이야기치료 집단프로그램이 노년기라는 삶의 단계에서 ‘다시 부모되기’ 역할과제를 수행하고 있는 조손가정의 조모들에게 자아통합감과 양육효능감을 증진시키는데 적합한 프로그램으로 볼 수 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of a narrative therapy group program on the custodial grandmothers' ego-integrity and parenting efficacy. Methods A narrative therapy program was conducted for custodial grandmothers in the U region, and the results were compared by conducting a level test on ego-integrity and parenting efficacy before and after the experimental group and the control group. Results The grandmother's sense of self-integration was improved in the post-test (��=3.89) compared to the pre-test (��=2.98), showing a significant level of improvement with statistical (��=-9.345, ��<.001). Parenting efficacy was also improved in the post-test (��=3.08) compared to the pre-test (��=2.48), showing a significant level of effect with statistical (��=-7.434, ��<.001). Conclusions The narrative therapy group program can be seen as a suitable program for enhancing ego-integrity and parenting efficacy for custodial grandmother who are performing the role task of becoming parents again in their old ages.
