A Study on the Analysis of the Original Meaning of the first-person pronouns in Chinese characters

한자의 대명사는 대부분 가차이다. 따라서 대명사로 쓰이는 한자는 그 본의가 따로 존재한다. 가차자는 은나라의 갑골문 시대부터 사용되어 그 유래가 오래되었는데, 갑골문의 가차자 비율이 역대 문자 중 가장 높았다. 假借는 새로운 언어가 생겼을 때 문자를 만들지 않고 이미 있는 글자 중 음이 비슷한 글자를 빌려쓰는 방법이다. 가차자의 유형은 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있는데, 본래부터 本字가 없어 기존의 글자 중 同音인 글자로 가차하여 쓰는 경우와 본자가 존재함에도 불구하고 음이 같거나 유사하여 다른 글자를 대체하여 쓰는 경우이다. 그러므로 假借字의 字義는 자형과는 상관이 없고, 오히려 자음과 상관이 있다. 某 한자를 일정 기간 동안 가차의로 사용하게 되면 그 한자는 가차의의 전용자가 되어 본의를 잃어버린다. 한자의 인칭대명사는 가차의이기 때문에 본의가 존재한다. 그러나 가차의로 전용되면서 본의로는 사용되지 않게 되므로 자형에 나타난 자의와 부합되지 않아 표의문자의 특성을 찾아보기 어렵게 되어 버린다. 이에 본고에서는 인칭대명사 중 일인칭 대명사로 쓰이는 한자의 자형을 분석하여 자원과 자의를 파악하고자 한다.

Most pronouns in Chinese characters are borrowed. Therefore, Chinese characters, which are used as pronouns, have their own. Lendered characters were used from the time of the Oracle characters in the Eun Dynasty. The proportion of borrowed characters in the Oracle characters was the highest ever. Borrowed meaning is a way to borrow words that sound similar to those that already exist, rather than creating letters when a new language is born. There are two main types of borrowed meaning and can be divided into existing text, since there are no letters from the beginning, some of the existing letters are borrowed with the same sound. In addition, letters exist, but sound is the same or similar, so they are written on behalf of other letters. Therefore, the meaning of a borrowed letter has nothing to do with the shape of the letter, but rather with the sound. If used as a loan for a certain period of time, the letter becomes the exclusive letter of the borrowed word, and the letter loses its original meaning. Therefore, it becomes difficult to find the characteristics of that represent meaning. The original meaning exists because the person-to-person pronoun of Chinese characters is borrowed. However, it does not conform to the meaning of the letter because it is used as a borrowed meaning and is not used in its original sense. Thus, in this paper, we will analyze the shape of Chinese characters used as first-person pronouns among the person pronouns to understand the origin of Chinese characters and the original meaning of Chinese characters.
