AI 시대 인문교양교육의 방향성

The Direction of Liberal Arts Education in the AI era

본 연구는 AI 시대의 인문교양교육의 방향성을 탐구하고 실천 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AI 기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 교육 패러다임의 변화가 요구되는 가운데, 인문교양교육의 역할과 가치에 대한 재고가 필요하다. 연구 결과, AI 시대의 인문교양교육은 비판적 사고력, 창의성, 윤리적 판단력, 융합적 사고력, 디지털 리터러시 등의 핵심 역량을 강화하는 방향으로 나아가야 함을 확인하였다. 이를 위한 실천 방안으로 문제 중심 학습(PBL), AI기술을 활용한 개인화 학습, 블렌디드 러닝, 산학 협력 프로그램, 학제 간 융합 교육, 디지털리터러시 교육, 평생학습 능력 배양 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 AI 시대에 인문교양교육이 인간의 고유한 가치를 유지하면서 기술과 조화롭게 공존할 수 있는 인재를 양성하는 데 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study aims to explore the direction of liberal arts education in the AI era and suggest practical implementation strategies. As the rapid development of AI technology demands a change in the educational paradigm, there is a need to reconsider the role and value of liberal arts education. The research findings indicate that liberal arts education in the AI era should focus on strengthening key competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, ethical judgment, interdisciplinary thinking, and digital literacy. To achieve this, the study proposes practical approaches including problem-based learning (PBL), personalized learning using AI technology, blended learning, industry-academia collaboration programs, interdisciplinary education, digital literacy education, and fostering lifelong learning abilities. This study suggests that liberal arts education in the AI era can contribute to nurturing individuals who can maintain unique human values while coexisting harmoniously with technology.
