후지와라노 가마타리(藤原鎌足, 614-669)에서 시작되는 일본 제일의 귀족이었던 후지와라씨(藤原氏)의 본류는 헤이안(平安)시대 말기에 이르러 가계가 둘로 나뉩니다. 그중 하나가 고노에케(近衞家)로, 대대로 攝政 · 關白의 직을 계승하도록 허락된 집안의 필두를 차지하였습니다. 이래로 고노에케는 면면히 이어져 현재 31대에 이르고 있습니다. 고노에케에는 긴 세월 동안 지켜 내려온, 십수만 점에 이르는 고문서 · 고기록 · 고미술공예품이 있습니다. 이것을 일괄하여 보존관리하는 특수한 역사자료관이 교토에 있는 陽明文庫(요메이분코)입니다. 양명문고의 풍부한 자료군에서 漢籍도 질적으로 양적으로 모두 자랑할 만한 장서를 볼 수 있습니다. 양명문고의 한적은 무로마치(室町)시대 이후에 입수된 것으로, 대개 두 개의 장서군으로 이루어져 있습니다. 하나는 주로 무로마치 시대부터 에도(江戶)시대 초기에 걸친 중세 한학 관련 古版本 · 古寫本입니다. 다른 하나는 에도시대 중기, 제21대 當主 고노에 이에히로(近衞家凞, 1667-1736)의 수집으로 이루어진, 그의 학예와 결부된 한적입니다. 이 중에는 세계에서 오직 양명문고에만 존재하는 ‘천하의 孤本’과 중국에서는 전래가 끊어져 일본에만 남아 있는 ‘佚存書’도 적지 않으며, 國書 중에서도 품질이 우수한 것을 소장한 것으로 저명한 이 문고는, 또한 일본 유수의 한적 선본의 소장기관입니다. 본고는 그 중 주목할만한 장서를 골라, 각 본의 특색을 분명히 하여 설명을 가한 것입니다.

Clan of Fujiwara, one of the most prestigious family in Japan originated from Fujiwarano Katamari (藤原鎌足, 614-669), separated into two branches at late Heian Era. One is Konoeke (近衞家) whose members had a hereditary right to act as regent (攝政) and lord (關白), and the 31st generation of the family is still standing today. Konoeke owns a collection of thousands of inherited old documents and art objects, and there’s this storehouse in Tokyo called Yomeibunko (陽明文庫) where the legacy is preserved and managed. Among the collection, a series of paleographs in classical Chinese are notable. The documents were established after Muromachi Era, and can be categorized in two parts. Part of the collection is early typography or transcription of middle age Sinology from the period of Muromachi to early Edo, while the other part consists of documents collected by and related to Konoe Iehiro (近衞家凞, 1667-1736), the 21st head of the family, in the middle of Edo. Among those, there are several “one and only” paleographs and documents lost in mainland China. Since Yomeibunko has prestigious fame for its high quality collection even compared to other libraries in Japan, the thesis offers the list of significant paleographs and explains each document’s characteristic.
