现阶段企业管理与学习型企业管理特点之间的对比研究

A comparative study on the characteristics of enterprise management and learning enterprise management at present stage

At present, enterprise management is characterized by its hierarchical structure, centralized decision-making and technical efficiency, and pays attention to the realization of stability and efficiency. In contrast, learning enterprise management emphasizes the open organizational culture, decentralized decision-making and the cultivation of innovation ability, and promotes the continuous innovation and adaptability of the organization through learning and development. In the comparative analysis of culture and leadership style, decision-making process and flexibility, innovation and adaptability, technology and information application, training and talent development strategies, we find that there are significant differences between the two management modes. These differences are not only reflected in the internal structure and operation mode of the organization, but also have a profound impact on the competitiveness and long-term development of the organization.
