Under the background of national health, human resource management in public hospitals has become the core strategic element of hospital development. This paper mainly constructs an analytical framework of human resource management from the four perspectives of public hospitals, external environment, employees and leaders, and on this basis discusses the deficiencies of human resource management in public hospitals from the perspective of goal integration, and further proposes the path of human resource management transformation in public hospitals under the background of national health. The aim is to realize the coordination and integration of organizational goals and staff goals of public hospitals, and promote the sustainable, healthy and high-quality development of public hospitals.
在全民健康背景下,公立医院人力资源管理成为医院发展的核心战略要素。本文主要从公立医院、外部环境、员工和领导者四个视角出发,构建了人力资源管理的分析框架,并在此基础上探讨了目标融合视角下公立医院人力资源管理中的不足,进一步提出了全民健康背景下公立医院人力资源管理转型的路径。旨在实现公立医院组织目标与员工目标的协同融合,推动公立医院持续、健康、高质量发展。
