This paper explores the innovation and practice of education management models in the context of the new era. Technological advancements have driven the diversification and comprehensiveness of educational evaluation but have also brought issues related to ethics, privacy, and information literacy. In the future, education management models will face challenges of intelligent upgrades and equitable education, requiring proactive adaptation to change, full utilization of policy support, and continuous optimization of education management practices. The research will focus on the deep integration of technology into education management, exploring the balance between personalization and equity in education, and advancing educational sharing and cooperation, thereby providing strong theoretical support and practical strategies for the modernization of education in China.

本文探讨了新时代背景下教育管理模式的创新与实践。在新时代背景下,教育管理模式需更新以适应新型教育形态,推动教育现代化,实现教育公平与提高质量。文章介绍了人本主义教育理论、系统论视角和管理质量理念等核心教育管理理论,并分析了新时代教育管理面临的挑战与机遇。实践探索中,个性化教育管理和技术驱动的教育管理变革是教育管理创新的重要途径。技术进步推动了教育评价的多元化和全面性,但同时也带来了伦理、隐私和信息素养等问题。未来,教育管理模式将迎来智能化升级和公平教育的挑战,需要主动适应变革,充分利用政策支持,推进教育管理工作的持续优化。研究将侧重于技术深度融合于教育管理,探索教育个性化和公平之间的平衡点,以及推进教育的共享与合作,为我国教育现代化的进程提供坚实的理论支撑和实践策略。
