This paper explores the critical role of the industry-education integration ecosystem in promoting the reform of the “Three Educations”(teachers, teaching materials, and teaching methods) in higher vocational education. By analyzing the theoretical foundation of industry-education integration and its mechanisms for advancing the “Three Educations” reform, the article identifies existing issues in the current reform process and proposes targeted countermeasures. The study suggests that the “Three Educations” reform within the ecosystem of industry-education integration is key to enhancing the quality and adaptability of higher vocational education, offering strong talent support for China's economic and social transformation and upgrading.
本文探讨了产教融合生态系统在推动高等职业教育“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革中的重要作用。通过分析产教融合的理论基础与促进“三教”改革的机理,文章揭示了当前“三教”改革中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的对策。研究认为,产教融合生态视域下的“三教”改革是提升高等职业教育质量与适应性的关键,有望为我国经济社会转型升级提供有力的人才支撑。
