디지털 취약계층을 대상으로 한 디지로그 택시 호출기 개발에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development of Digilog Taxi Pager for the Digitally Disadvantaged

본 연구는 디지털 기술이 발달하여 의존도가 높아져 정보격차가 생겨나는 사회 현상에서 시작된 연구이다. 이에 따른 디지털 취약계층의 교통서비스 이용 어려움에 대한 문제를 해결할 방안으로 디지로그 개념을 도입하여 아날로그의 직관적인 활용과 디지털화된 택시 호출 서비스를 결합하고자 한다. 기존의 택시 승차장, 신규 택시 승차장, 협소한 공간, 복잡한 환승 공간 등 다양한 장소와 상황에 맞도록 시설물을 디자인하고 이론적 고찰과 사용자의 의견을 수렴하여 요구사항을 만족하게 하고자 하였다. 디지로그 택시 호출기와 같은 공공시설물의 개발로 디지털 취약계층의 교통서비스 접근성을 향상하고 사회적 통합을 촉진하는 초석의 역할을 기대한다.

This study began with a social phenomenon in which digital technology has developed and its dependence on digital technology has increased, resulting in an Digital divide. Accordingly, by introducing the concept of digilog as a way to solve the problem of difficulties in using transportation services for the digitally disadvantaged, we intend to combine the intuitive use of analog with the digitized taxi call service. It was intended to design facilities to suit various places and situations such as existing taxi platforms, new taxi platforms, narrow spaces, and complex transfer spaces, and to satisfy the requirements by theoretical considerations and collecting user opinions. It is expected that the development of public facilities such as digital taxi pagers will play a role as a cornerstone to improve access to transportation services for the digitally disadvantaged and promote social integration.
