The Impact of Asian Cultural Diversity on Business Management in China: Taking the Example of the Restaurant Chain Brand “Haidilao”

The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of Asian cultural diversity on China's enterprise management under the background of economic globalization and international expansion of China's enterprises and to lay a preliminary foundation for Chinese enterprises to break through the shackles and realize Asianization and even globalization. The first part of the article puts forward questions and discusses the significance of studying Asian cultural diversity for China's enterprise management against the background of economic globalization. In the second part, using the visual analysis function of CNKI (China's National Knowledge Infrastructure), it analyzes the previous research results and research deficiencies of domestic scholars on this issue. The third part, taking the chain restaurant brand “Haidilao” as an example, analyzes how the cultural diversity of different regions and countries in Asia affects the human resource management and marketing strategies of Chinese enterprises, as well as the risks and challenges brought by the globalization of enterprises in “Haidilao.” The fourth part, based on the previous literature analysis and case analysis, summarizes how Asian cultural diversity affects the management of enterprises in China. By using the methods of literature analysis and case study, this paper summarizes the influence of Asian cultural diversity on enterprise management by collecting and sorting out relevant literature, supplemented by cases, and draws the important conclusion that Asian cultural diversity not only provides unique opportunities for enterprise management in China but also poses complex challenges for enterprise management in China in a more important dimension, but coping with challenges is always the main task for enterprises in China.
