델파이 기법(Delphi)을 통한 KBO 코치아카데미 과정 개선방안 도출

Derivation of the KBO Coach Academy Course Improvement Plans through Delphi Techniques

본 연구는 델파이 기법을 통해 KBO 코치아카데미 과정을 개선하기 위한 요인을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구참여자로 KBO 코치아카데미를 수료한 프로구단 소속의 전·현직 지도자, 연수 운영관계자 그리고 연수 강의를 진행하였던 강사와 체육학 전공 교수가 전문가 집단으로 구성되었다. 1, 2차로 구성된 델파이 조사에서 모두 15명을 대상으로 2024년 3월 4일부터 4월 30일까지 심층 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 연구 결과로 ‘강사’, ‘강의 커리큘럼’, ‘강의시설및 숙소’, ‘운영 기간’, ‘규정 및 제도’, ‘추후 지원 방안’으로 구성된 총 6개의 상위요인과 16개의 하위요인이 최종적으로 개선방안을 위한 핵심 요인으로 선정되었다. 이에 KBO 코치아카데미 과정의 문제와 개선방안 등을 탐구하여현장에 적용할 수 있는 실증적인 자료를 제시하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 제시된 요인들을 바탕으로향후 KBO 코치아카데미의 발전을 도모해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors to improve the KBO Coach Academy course through the Delphi technique. In order to achieve the research, participants included former and current coaches of professional baseball teams who had completed the KBO Coach Academy, staff who charge of this course, instructors and professors who lectured in this course. In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 participants in the first and second Delphi survey from March 4 to April 30, 2024. As a result of this study, a total of 6 main-factors were identified, consisting of 'instructors', 'course curriculum', 'course facilities and accommodation', 'operation period', 'regulations and systems', and 'future support plans'. Additionally, 16 sub-factors were finally uncovered as crucial factors for improvement. The significance of this study is to present empirical findings that can be implemented in the future by exploring the problems of the KBO Coach Academy course and suggesting improvement plans. Based on the the factors presented in this study, the KBO Coach Academy should be improved in the future.
