비정규직 노동자의 여가활동에서의 여가강박, 재미 및 여가만족의 관계

The mediating effect of Fun on Leisure Obsession and Leisure Satisfaction among Irregular workers

현대 사회에서 노동자의 삶 중 워라밸은 중요하다. 특히 비정규직 노동자의 삶에서 여가향유는 삶의 질에 중요한역할을 차지한다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구의 목적은 비정규직 노동자의 여가강박, 재미, 그리고 여가만족을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 비정규직 노동자들을 모집단으로 선정하여 유효 표본 총 285부를 수집하였다. 설문조사는 편의표본추출법과 자기평가기입법을 사용하여 진행하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS와 AMOS를 통해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 그리고 구조방정식 모형을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 이를 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가강박은 재미에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재미는 여가만족에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가강박은 여가만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 비정규직 노동자들이 만족스러운 여가 참여를 위해서는 여가 참여에서 여가강박을 최소화하고, 재미를 높여야 한다는 것을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 비정규직 노동자들의 개인의 인식 전환, 조직의 배려, 정부 정책 변화가 필요하다고 사료된다.

Work-life balance is important in the lives of workers in modern society. In particular, leisure enjoyment plays an important role in the quality of life of irregular workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the leisure obsession, fun, and leisure satisfaction of irregular workers. This study selected irregular workers as the population and collected a total of 285 valid samples using convenience sampling and self-assessment methods. SPSS and AMOS programs were used to process the data, frequency and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, leisure obsession had a significant effect on fun. Second, fun had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. Third, leisure obsession had no significant effect on leisure satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that for irregular workers to participate satisfactorily in leisure activities, they need to minimize leisure obsession and enhance fun. To achieve this, a shift in individual perceptions, organizational consideration, and changes in government policies are necessary
