탁구동호인의 긍정심리자본을 통한 건강지각과 행복감의 관계

Relationship between Positive Psychological Capital, Health Perception, and Happiness of Table Tennis Club Members

본 연구는 탁구동호인들을 대상으로 긍정심리자본, 건강지각, 행복감의 변인 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 충청남도 탁구동호인에게 설문지 배포 후 수거한 설문지 중 최종 266부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리방법은신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 제시한다. 첫째, 자기효능감은 건강지각에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 낙관주의는 건강지각에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 희망은 건강지각에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 회복탄력성은 건강지각에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다섯째, 자기효능감은 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 여섯째, 낙관주의는 행복감에 영향을 미쳤다. 일곱째, 희망은 행복감에영향을 미쳤다. 여덟째, 회복탄력성은 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 아홉째, 건강지각은 행복감에 영향을 미쳤다. 생활체육 종목별에 따른 건강지각과 행복감에 대해서 비교한다면 생활체육 동호회 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것으로생각된다.

This study purpose to investigate the relationships among positive psychological capital, health perception, and happiness among Table Tennis Club Members. A total of 266 final surveys were analyzed, collected from Table Tennis Club Members in Chungcheongnam-do. Data analysis included reliability analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The following conclusions Firstly, self-efficacy influenced health perception. Secondly, optimism did not influence health perception. Thirdly, hope did not influence health perception. Fourthly, resilience did not influence health perception. Fifthly, self-efficacy did not influence happiness. Sixthly, optimism influenced happiness. Seventhly, hope influenced happiness. Eighthly, resilience did not influence happiness. Ninthly, health perception influenced happiness. Comparing health perceptions and happiness across different recreational sports could greatly benefit the activation of recreational sports clubs.
