노인의 ICT 기반 스포츠 기기 수용을 통한 운동참여 연구동향 분석: 심리적 관점을 중심으로

Analysis of Research Trends in Exercise Participation Through Acceptance of ICT-Based Sports Devices Among the Older Adults: Focusing on a Psychological Perspective

본 연구는 노인의 ICT 기반 스포츠 기기 수용에 관한 평가이론 모델을 탐색하고, ICT 기반 스포츠 참여를 통해개선되는 심리적 요인들을 분석하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 ICT 정보기술을 접목한 헬스케어 기기의 노인수용도 및 신체활동에 관한 논문을 토대로 체계적 문헌 고찰을 실시하였다. 총 13편의 양적 연구를 대상으로 3명의평가자가 독립적으로 비뜷림 위험 평가를 진행한 후 합의 과정을 통해 최종 결정을 내렸다. 본 연구에서 고찰한 13편의 연구는 기술수용 모델과 관련한 다양한 이론적 모델을 적용하여 노인의 기기 수용 행동을 평가하였다. 연구 결과, ICT 기반 스포츠 참여는 노인의 신체적, 정서적 건강 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 자기효능감을 개선하는 데 기여하였다. 기기의 ‘용이성’(ease of use)이 노인의 개방적 기술수용에 중요한 역할을 하며, ‘기술을 배우고 나면 사용할 수 있다는 자신감’이 자기효능감을 향상시키는 데 영향을 미쳤다. ICT 기반 스포츠 기기에대한 노인의 수용이 그들의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예상하며, 연구 결과 및 권장 사항이노인을 위한 효과적인 기술 솔루션 개발과 다학제적 접근을 통한 정책설계에 기여할 것으로 기대한다

This study examines the acceptance of ICT-based sports devices by the older adults, focusing on psychological improvements through exercise participation. A systematic literature review was conducted on papers related to the types of ICT devices and their acceptance by the older adults, selecting 13 quantitative studies after a rigorous selection process. These studies applied various theoretical models such as the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Senior Technology Acceptance Model(STAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT), and theTranstheoretical Model(TTM) to evaluate device acceptance behavior. Results showed that using ICT-based sports devices significantly enhanced the physical and emotional health of the older adults, particularly increasing self-efficacy. Device ease of use was critical for the older adults’ acceptance of technology, impacting their confidence in using new technologies effectively. The findings suggest that embracing ICT-based sports devices can significantly enhance the quality of life for the older adults, highlighting the importance of effective technology solutions and a multidisciplinary approach to policy development.
