This study takes “In-depth Study of Xi Jinping's Important Discourse on Education” as its main content, and explores the innovation of talent training concepts and methods through inductive reasoning and literature analysis. Through questionnaire surveys, data on teaching practice, subject competitions, and curriculum concepts were collected, and it was found that students have a strong interest and spirit of exploration in blended teaching, educational research, and career development. This study aims to explore and establish an integrated collaborative education path for “large, medium, and small”, and provide a conceptual framework and reference cases for university researchers and professionals in related fields.
伴随着新质生产力的发展,数智时代音乐学科领域内的人才培养也面临着转型和提质。结合《深入学习习近平关于教育的重要论述》中的重要观点作为学理指导,梳理中央、国务院办公厅下发的多个美育政策与文件脉络,从“立德树人”的宏观背景“识变”。采用经验归纳、文献整理的方式来论述与阐释在人才培养的观念、方式上的创新之变;运用问卷调查的方式来收集、获取在常规授课、学科竞赛、课程思政等方面的教学、实验数据,通过分析发现学生群体在混合教学、教育研究、职业发展层面都有探究需求和实践意愿。以探索、搭建“大中小一体化”协同育人路径为目标,意在为高校相关学科的研究人员或姊妹专业的工作者提供构想思路和参考案例,共同探寻新文科视域下思想政治教育与音乐教学、实验培育相融合的美育路径。
