The Influence of Marxism on Chinese Enterprises from the Perspective of Management

This study explores the combination of Chinese Marxism and modern management theory, focusing on the application of basic Marxist principles in modern Chinese enterprises and public management. By analyzing the management model under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this paper reveals how Marxist management thought affects the management practice of Chinese enterprises through corporate culture, leadership and decision-making processes. Combined with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the study deeply explores its guiding role in corporate management innovation, employee motivation and organizational culture construction. The results show that Marxist management thought has a profound impact on the development of Chinese corporate management model in terms of collectivism, labor value and social responsibility, and provides important practical experience and theoretical innovation for global management theory.

本研究探讨了中国马克思主义与现代管理理论的结合,重点分析了马克思主义基本原理在中国现代企业和公共管理中的应用。通过对中国特色社会主义背景下的管理模式进行剖析,本文揭示了马克思主义管理思想如何通过企业文化、领导力和决策流程影响中国企业的管理实践。结合习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,研究深入探讨了其对企业管理创新、员工激励以及组织文化建设的指导作用。研究结果表明,马克思主义管理思想在集体主义、劳动价值和社会责任等方面对中国企业管理模式的发展具有深远影响,为全球管理学理论提供了重要的实践经验和理论创新。
