응급구조학과 수업에서 빔(beam)을 이용한 동영상 교육과 QR code 동영상을 활용한 자가 학습의 자기효능감 비교 분석

Comparative Analysis of Self-Efficacy in Emergency Medical Education Using Beam Video Instruction and QR Code Videos

목적 본 연구는 빔(beam)을 이용한 동영상 실습교육과 QR코드 동영상을 활용하여 자가학습을 수행한 후 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 비교 분석하고자 한다. 방법 연구기간은 2024년 03월 27일부터 03월 31일까지이다. 응급구조학과 재학생 53명을 대상으로 빔(beam)을 이용하여 술기 수업을 시행하거나, QR코드 동영상을 활용한 자가학습을 실시하였을 때 응급환자관리학 술기 능력의 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 무작위 교차 전후 실험연구이다. 결과 연구 결과, 교육 전과 빔(beam)을 이용하여 수행한 실습교육에서는 주사 정맥을 선택하고 정맥을 삽입하는 항목 차이가 없었으나, QR코드 동영상을 시청한 후 비교한 연구에서는 자기효능감 향상에 유의한 차이를 보였다. QR코드 동영상을 활용하여 자가학습을 3회 이상 시청한 경우 자기효능감이 가장 높게 측정되었으며 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론 학습자들은 QR코드 동영상을 활용하여 어려운 술기 항목을 반복하여 자가학습을 학습함으로써 자기효능감을 높인 것으로 판단된다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the impact of video practice education using beam technology and self-learning through QR code videos on the acquisition of emergency patient management skills in relation to self-efficacy. Methods The study was conducted from March 27, 2024, to March 31, 2024. It employed a randomized cross-pre-post-experimental design to assess the impact of emergency patient management skills on self-efficacy among 53 students enrolled in the Department of Paramedicine, using either beam technology or self-learning via QR code videos. Results The study found no significant difference in intravenous selection and insertion before training and during practical training using beams. However, there was a notable improvement in self-efficacy observed after viewing the QR code videos. Notably, participants who engaged in self-learning through QR code videos more than three times demonstrated the highest levels of self-efficacy, with a significant difference noted. Conclusions The findings suggest that learners enhanced their self-efficacy by repeatedly practicing difficult skill items through self-learning using QR code videos.
