김수영의 시적 탈분단화 양상

The Post-divisionalization of Kim Soo-yeong’s Poetry

이 논문은 김수영의 시를 분단문학의 범주에서 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 전쟁의 불안이 상존하고 국제적으로 냉전의 기운이 감도는 현재, 분단 문제는 한국 문학의 중요한 주제이며 김수영의 시에는 분단 의식이 강하게 연관되어 있다. 그는 분단과 전쟁을 고통스럽게 체험하였는데 시를 통해 분단 문제를 반영하고 해결하려고 시도하였다. 분단의 내면화를 극복하기 위해 분단 구도를 해체하려는 의도로, 현실과 의식 속의 경계와 대립을 파괴하고 적대적 대상들을 뒤섞는 시적 혼효(混淆)를 시험하였다. <敵> 연작과 더불어 <現代式 橋梁>과 <巨大한 뿌리> 등은 탈분단화를 향한 시적 혼효를 통해 구현된 작품들이다. 이러한 시도는 시적 전도(轉倒)와 함께 시적 융화(融化)로 이어진다. <꽃잎> 연작에서 연약한 주체가 강력한 대상을 넘어서는 장면을 통하여 시적 전도가 실현되었는데, 이는 「반시론」과 「시여, 침을 뱉어라」에서 사용한 역설에 의해 더욱 분명히 드러난다. 특히 ‘온몸의 시학’에서의 온몸이라는 개념은 시적 융화를 잘 보여주는 상징체이다. 그것이 <풀>의 ‘풀’이라는 존재에 이르러 대립과 갈등을 넘어서는 시적 융화의 대상으로 승화된다. 김수영은 시적 탈분단에 의해 분단문학의 지향점을 개성적으로 표출하였으며 분단문학의 지형을 확장하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to identify Kim Soo-yeong's poetry in the category of divisional literature. Currently, the issue of division is an important topic of Korean literature, and Kim Soo-yeong's poetry is strongly related to the sense of division. He experienced division and war painfully, but he attempted to reflect and solve the problems of division through poetry. In his poem, with the intention of dismantling the division structure to overcome the internalization of division, he tested the poetic mixture(混淆) of destroying the boundaries and confrontations between reality and consciousness and mixing hostile objects. Along with the series of “Enemy”, “Modern Bridge” and “Huge Root” are works embodied through poetic mixing toward departmentalization. These attempts lead to poetic fusion(融化) with poetic inversion(轉倒). Poetic evangelism was realized through a scene in which the fragile subject went beyond a powerful object in the series of “Petal,” which is more clearly explained by the paradox used in ｢Anti-Poetics｣ and ｢Poetry, Spit Your Spit｣. In particular, the word “The Whole Body” represented by “The Poetics of The Whole Body” is a symbol of poetic harmony. It reaches the existence of the ‘The Grass’ of ‘The Grass’ and sublimates into an object of poetic harmony that goes beyond confrontation and conflict. Kim Soo-yeong personally showed the direction of division literature by poetic division and expanded the topography of division literature.
