In the process of extending and developing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and nurturing people, the concept of “Three-Holistic Education” has become the guiding principle for vocational colleges to build the ideological and political education framework. In response to the current situation of ideological and political education, vocational colleges must adhere to the optimization strategies of full-staff, full-process, and all-round ideological and political education, to supervise and guide all faculty and staff to participate in the work of ideological and political education, to jointly gather educational synergy, and to form a sound large-scale ideological and political work mechanism and expansion path. This article carries out research under this background, by analyzing the characteristics and problems of ideological and political education work in vocational colleges from the perspective of Three-Holistic Education, and then puts forward the optimization strategies for ideological and political education in vocational colleges from the perspective of Three-Holistic Education.
在立德树人根本任务延伸与发展进程中,“三全育人”理念成为支持高职院校构建思政教育工作格局的指导理念。针对当前思政教育工作的开展形势,高职院校必须坚持推进全员、全程、全方位的思政教育优化策略,以此督促和引导全校教职员工参与到思政教育工作之中,共同凝聚教育合力,并形成完善的大思政工作机制与拓展路径。本文即在此背景下展开研究,通过分析三全育人视角下高职院校思政教育工作特征与面临的问题,进而提出三全育人视角下高职院校思政教育优化策略。
