New Quality Productivity to Advance Human Emancipation: Multidimensional Connections, Realistic Challenges, and Practical Paths

In the process of promoting Chinese-style modernisation, the ultimate goal is to realise the essential modernisation of the human being, that is, the “comprehensive and free development of the human being”, which requires that the positive effects of the new productive forces be brought into full play. The development of the “new productive forces” will inevitably bring about a leap in the form of human development, advancing the historical process of human emancipation and development. At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for the development of human beings, and needs to unclog the “blockage” in the development of ideas, education, human resources and science and technology, and emancipate the main source of power for the development of the new quality productive forces. Specifically, we should continue to cultivate a new culture and create an innovative spiritual atmosphere; continue to innovate new education and shape innovative and complex talents; continue to absorb new talents and optimize the layout of talents; and continue to develop new quality occupations and broaden the new track of employment, thus providing practical guidance for the process of promoting the emancipation and development of human beings.

在推进中国式现代化的过程中，要以实现人的本质现代化即“人的全面而自由发展”为最终目标，这需要充分发挥新质生产力的积极效能。“新质生产力”的发展必然带来人的发展形态的跃升，推进人的解放和发展的历史进程。与此同时，它也对人的发展提出了更高的要求，需疏通思想、教育、人才和就业解放的“堵点”，解放新质生产力发展的主体动力源。具体来说，应不断培育新质文化，营造创新型精神氛围；不断创新新质教育，塑造创新复合型人才；不断吸纳新质人才，实现人才布局的优化；不断开发新质职业，拓宽就业新赛道，由此，为推进人的解放和发展的进程提供实践指导。
