The purposes of this study was to find out the Korean university students’ level of satisfaction with online learning courses. Comparison was made between the years 2020 and 2021, when the pandemic came and online courses were operated in large amounts. The gender of the students and the colleges they are attending were variables in the study. Survey was administered to 762 university students in Choongnam Province in 2020 and in 2021. The analysis was done using SPSS22. The results showed that the students’ tendency of postponing pre-recorded online classes did not get better in 2021. However, the students adjusted to making it to online Zoom classes in time better in 2021 than in 2020. It was found that male student felt more isolated than female students during the online courses. After two years of online university courses, the students seemed to get used to taking courses online via pre-recorded videos and/or Zoom. Therefore, the need for online and hybrid courses were detected through the survey for even when the pandemic is over for both major subjects and liberal arts courses.
