The purpose of this study is to scientifically prove the effects of cranial suture traction therapy on hard and soft tissue of women in their 20s with facial asymmetry. The study aimed to prove changes in alignment of the measured results by selecting subjects with a difference value between the left and right of over 2 degrees regarding the vertical reference line connecting Ans-Me(Menton) based on the extension line of Cg(Crista gal li)-Ans(anterior nasal spine) when identify facial asymmetry. As a research method, facial photos were taken with a 3D scanner and an X-ray, and 13 items of manual therapy were taken with a 3D scanner and an X-ray before the procedure, after 4 times, after 8 times, and after2 weeks to confirm persistence. The control group (untreated) was measured with the same measurement tool before, after 4 times, and 8 times to compare and analyze the rate of change between the two groups. This showed that even though the alignment effects of cranial suture traction therapy showed a similar ratio in soft and hard tissue, the measurement results of a certain region resulted in an increased effect in hard tissue than soft tissue. This research has the academic significance in studying the correction of facial asymmetry, particularly sensitive to women in their 20s, using Cranial Suture Traction Therapy, which does not involve surgical side effects or pain. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of the beauty industry.
