When college students are gearing up to enter the workforce, it's not just about acquiring skills. Developing determination and self-confidence plays a vital role in improving their chances of securing employment successfully. To investigate this, surveys were conducted among 300 college majors related to beauty studies, with 291 responses used for final analysis. The collected data underwent analysis using methods such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA, employing SPSS 25.0 software. Post-hoc testing was performed using Duncan’s test to further explore the findings. The study revealed the following results: An increase in self-efficacy was found to have a statistically significant influence on employment aspirations. Specifically, higher levels of self-efficacy were positively associated with a stronger desire for employment opportunities. Moreover, the findings suggest that self-efficacy can enhance employment aspirations by fostering goal orientation. The objective is to assist students in developing a realistic assessment of their abilities and to enhance their ability to navigate job-related information by strengthening their self-efficacy. This approach aims to help students recognize that they can achieve successful employment outcomes through improvements in their self-efficacy.
