Development and Validation of the Career Mindset Test for University Students

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학생의 진로 마인드셋 검사를 개발하고 검증하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 문헌 검토를 통해 진로 마인드셋의 개념을 정의하고, 4개의 구성요인과 14개의 하위요인을 도출하였다. 이후 13명의 전문가를 대상으로 내용타당도 검증을 통해 진로 마인드셋의 개념을 확정하였고 56개의 초기 문항을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 경기 및 수도권 지역 대학생 620명으로부터 데이터를 수집하였고, 이를 무작위로 반분하여 각각 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)과 확인적 요인분석(CFA)을 시행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이 연구에서 개발한 대학생 진로 마인드셋 검사도구는 4개의 구성요인과 14개의 하위요인, 총 55개 문항으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 구인타당도, 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 교차타당도 등 타당도와 신뢰도를 갖춘 검사로 판명되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 진로 마인드셋 검사는 대학생의 진로개발을 지원하고, 향후 관련 연구 및 실천에 기여할 수 있는 유용한 도구로 평가된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a career mindset test for university students. This study defined the concept of career mindset through a literature review and derived four components and 14 subfactors. Next, the concept of career mindset was confirmed through content validity verification targeting 13 experts and 56 initial items were developed. Finally, data from 620 college students in Gyeonggi and the metropolitan area were collected and statistical processing was performed through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) on 310 students and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) on the remaining 310 students. The results of the study are as follows. First, it consists of four components and 14 subfactors, with a total of 55 items. Second, it was validated as a test with validity and reliability such as construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and cross validity. The career mindset test developed in this study is expected to be a useful tool to support college students' career development and contribute to future related research and practice.
