보육교사의 그릿과 놀이지원역량과의 관계에서 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과

The mediating effect of play teaching efficacy in the relationship between childcare teacher's grit and play support competency

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 보육교사가 인지한 그릿과 놀이지원역량과의 관계에서 놀이교수효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 보육교사 257명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 보육교사의 그릿은 놀이지원역량에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 보육교사의 그릿은 놀이교수효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집 보육교사의 놀이교수효능감은 놀이지원역량에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 어린이집 보육교사의 그릿은 놀이교수효능감을 매개로 하여 놀이지원역량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 놀이지원역량을 효과적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하며, 보육현장에서 영유아·놀이중심 교육과정을 실행할 수 있는 중요 지침을 마련하고자 한다.

This The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of play teaching efficacy in the relationship between grit recognized by daycare center childcare teachers and play support capabilities. To this end, data were collected from 257 childcare teachers, and the main research results are as follows. First, it was found that the grit of daycare center childcare teachers had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the play support competency. Second, it was found that the grit of daycare center childcare teachers had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the play teaching efficacy. Third, the play teaching efficacy of daycare center childcare teachers had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the play support competency. Finally, it was found that the grit of daycare center teachers had a statistically significant effect on the play support competency through the play teaching efficacy as a medium. Based on the above research results, this study aims to provide basic data to effectively improve the play support capabilities of childcare teachers, and to prepare important guidelines for implementing infant and play-oriented curriculum in childcare sites.
