In real estate investment, institutional investors, including asset managers, are obligated to manage customers' valuable assets through optimal asset management after attracting public funds or funds from others. Therefore, in order to fulfill the duties of a good manager, the final decision is made by the Investment Deliberation Committee through risk checks on various factors when making real estate investment decisions. Accordingly, institutional investors cannot help but consider ESG factors in their real estate investment decisions to participate in corporate sustainability and ESG management. Due to the nature of the financial structure, real estate investment shows a complex pattern different from the selection of general consumer goods, so it is very important to consider what factors are considered when making investment decisions. The purpose of this study is to study the impact of ESG factors, which have recently become a topic of the times, along with traditional multi-decision factors among the inspection factors for real estate investment decision-making through empirical analysis.
