자폐 범주성 장애 아동 및 청소년 대상 일상생활 기술 중재 관련 국외 단일대상연구 동향 분석

Trends in International Single-subject Research on Interventions for Daily Living Skills in Children and Adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders

연구목적: 본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애(Autism Spectrum Disorders) 아동 및 청소년에게 일상생활 기 술 중재를 실행한 국외 단일대상연구의 연구 동향과 중재 특성을 살펴보고, 국내 교육 현장에서 일상생활 활 동 교육과정의 자립생활 영역에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2013년부터 2023년까 지 국외에서 발표된 관련 논문 19편을 선정하여 전반적인 연구 동향과 중재 특성을 분석하고, 2022 개정 특수 교육 교육과정 일상생활 활동 내 자립생활 영역의 내용 요소와 활동과의 연계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과: 첫째, 중재는 주로 유아를 대상으로 실시되었으며, 일상생활 기술 중 개인생활영역을 목표로 한 연구가 많았다. 둘 째, 자폐 범주성 장애의 다양한 신경심리학적 특성을 반영한 중재가 이루어졌으며, 다수의 논문에서 테크놀로 지 기기를 활용하였다. 셋째, 2022 개정 특수교육 교육과정의 일상생활 활동 내 자립생활 영역과 연계하여 분석한 결과 주로 신변자립에 관한 연구가 대다수였다. 결론: 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내 자폐 범주성 장애 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 한 일상생활 기술 중재의 후속 연구 방향과 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine research trends and intervention characteristics of international single-subject studies that have implemented daily living skills interventions for children and adolescents with ASD; in addition, we explore implications for the Independent Living domain of the Daily Living Activities Curriculum in Korean educational settings. The method used is a total of 19 relevant articles published internationally from 2013 to 2023 were selected to both analyze the overall research trends and intervention characteristics and examine the content elements and activities of the Independent Living domain in the 2022 Revised Special Education Curriculum of Daily Living Activities. The results are as follows: First, interventions were mainly conducted with young children, with many of the studies targeting the personal life domain of daily living skills. Second, interventions reflected the diverse neuropsychological characteristics of ASD, with many studies utilizing technology devices. Third, when analyzed in relation to the Independent Living domain of the Daily Living Activities in the 2022 Revised Special Education Curriculum, the majority of studies focused on personal independence. In conclusion, based on the findings of this study, directions and implications for further research on daily living skills interventions for children and adolescents with ASD in Korea are discussed.
