여자교사체육교육공동체 원더티처의 결성과 활동 탐구

Inquiry of Formation and Activities of Wonder Teacher, Physical Education Community for Female Teachers

연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 여자교사체육교육공동체 원더티처의 결성과 체육수업 전문성 개발 활동을 기술하고 그 의미를 찾는 데 있다. 연구방법 연구 참여자는 공동체의 결성 이야기와 프로그램 기획·운영 등에 대한 깊은 답을 줄 수 있는 운영진 중 4명을 선정하였다. 자료수집은 참여·관찰, 문서, 심층 면담을 활용하였으며, 이를 통해 원더티처의 결성과 활동을 기술하고 귀납적으로 분석 후 해석하는 질적연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 연구 결과, 원더티처는 여자 체육교사들의 연대와 화합을 위하여 결성되었다. 여자 체육교사들의 방황은 혼자가 아니라는 진실의 각성을 거치며 공동체의 탄생으로 이어졌다. 원더티처의 주요 활동은 주제별 실기연수, 온라인 오픈 강좌, 스포츠 동아리로 드러났고 각 활동은 맞춤, 포용, 워라블을 추구하고 있었다. 연구자는 여자 체육교사들의 연대와 화합을 위해 결성되어 다채로운 활동을 이어가는 원더티처의 의미를 앙상블(Ensemble)로 도출함으로써 다양한 연령, 성별, 동기를 가진 교사학습공동체 결성의 필요성을 제시하였다. 결론 여자 체육교사들의 방황에서 시작한 원더티처의 결성과 활동은 여교사들의 체육교육 전문성 향상으로 이어지고 있다. 이들은 교사학습공동체를 통한 여교사들의 자발적 전문성 개발 활동의 방향이 되고 있다. 이 연구가 현직 교사 교육과 교사학습공동체의 구성·운영·지원에 관한 시사점을 제시하고 체육교육 분야 여자 교사학습공동체 연구의 기반이 되길 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the formation of the female teacher physical education community called Wonder Teacher and the professional development activities of physical education classes and to find their meaning. Methods: Participants in the study selected four of the management teams that can give in-depth answers to the story of community formation and program planning and operation. Participation and observation, documents, and in-depth interviews were used for data collection, and a qualitative research method was used to describe the formation and activities of Wonder Teacher, analyze them inductively, and interpret them. Results: As a result of the study, Wonder Teacher was formed for solidarity and harmony of female physical education teachers. The wandering of female physical education teachers led to the birth of a community through the awakening of the truth that they were not alone. The main activities of Wonder Teacher were found to be practical training by subject, online open lectures, and sports clubs, and each activity was pursuing customization, inclusion, and Work-life Blending. The researcher derived the meaning of Wonder Teacher formed for solidarity and harmony of female physical education teachers and continued various activities as an ensemble. In addition, the necessity of forming a teacher learning community with various ages, genders, and motivations was suggested. Conclusion: The formation and activities of Wonder Teacher, which started with the wandering of female physical education teachers, is leading to the improvement of female teachers' professionalism in physical education. These are the directions for voluntary professional development activities of female teachers through the teacher learning community. It is expected that this study will present implications for the composition, operation, and support of the in-service teacher education and teacher learning community and serve as the basis for research on the female teacher learning community in the field of physical education.
