2단계 층화군집 계통표본추출 설계 사례: 학생맞춤지원 실태조사를 중심으로

Study on the Design for Two-Stage Stratified Cluster Systematic Sampling: Focusing on the Case of a Survey on the Customized Student Support

본 연구는 국가수준에서 학년별 모집단 대표성 확보를 목적으로 우리나라 초·중·고 전체를 대상으로 모든 학년에 대한 표본조사 설계방안을 수립하는 사례 연구로, 한정된 예산과 조건 아래 학교 데이터의 구조와 특징을 반영하여 표본조사 기반 교육 데이터 수집에 대한 학문적, 실천적 시사점을 제공하는 데 주요 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 국가수준에서의 표본조사 설계 사례 및 초·중·고 전체 학년별 결과 산출의 대표성 확보를 위한 모의실험 결과를 바탕으로 2단계 층화군집 계통표본추출 방안을 도출하였으며, 국가수준 및 학년별 결과산출의 방안을 제시하고 그 과정에서 논의된 주요 이슈들을 공유하였다.

This is a case study that establishes a sample survey design plan for all grades in elementary, middle, and high schools in Korea for the purpose of representing population at the national level. The main purpose is to provide academic and practical implications for survey-based education data collection by reflecting the structure and characteristics of school data. To this end, based on cases of survey design at the national level in Korea and abroad and the results of simulation experiments to secure representativeness of the results by grade for all elementary, middle, and high schools, a two-stage stratified cluster systematic sampling scheme was derived, and a plan for obtaining results at the national level and by grade was presented, and the main issues in the process were discussed.
